Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at WellSpan Surgery and Rehabilitation Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Conduct occupational therapy sessions to help patients develop skills such as fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and cognitive skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
