Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Specialist to join our team at Ascension Commercial Real Estate LLC. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist prospective residents with apartment tours and leasing inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and communicate with prospects.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market trends and competitive properties to utilize in marketing and leasing strategies.
  • Process lease applications and prepare lease agreements.
  • Inspect apartments prior to move-in and conduct inspections with new residents.
  • Assist with planning and executing resident events and promotions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with potential residents, residents, co-workers, and anyone else working or visiting the property.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records and reports.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, reporting, and filing.
Requirements
  • Apartment Leasing or other sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid Drivers' License.
