Position Summary

As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting Membership by promoting the value of Company products and services. You will process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participate in sales and marketing events, and make efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintain the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. This includes conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, and securing items until Members arrive.

Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00.*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
