  • Thaw food safely and properly.
  • Keep raw and ready-to-eat foods separate to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Cook foods to the required internal temperatures.
  • Store hot foods at safe temperatures and cool cooked foods properly.
  • Reheat foods to the appropriate internal temperature.
Customer Service and Meal Presentation:
  • Adhere to the daily meal schedule.
  • Practice portion control.
  • Present meals attractively on plates.
  • Garnish meals to enhance visual appeal.
  • Uphold high standards of food quality.
Sanitation Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize work areas regularly.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy kitchen environment.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
