Position: Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger management.
- Generate precise financial reports and statements adhering to applicable regulations.
- Evaluate financial performance, relay findings to management, and support budget formulation.
- Enhance financial systems and procedures for improved efficiency.
- Utilize Sage software for conducting financial transactions and generating reports.
- Assist in tax audits and preparation of tax returns.
- Establish and document business processes to uphold internal controls.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
- Expertise in Sage and other financial management software.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and accounting practices.
- Proficient in financial reporting and General Ledger operations.
- Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities efficiently.
