Restaurant Manager Job Description

At Bowlero Corporation, we're seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our entertainment centers to success. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage programs, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand our Food & Beverage program to meet corporate standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Lead a team of hourly staff, providing ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards.
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to grow our league business.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of center staff.
  • Assume responsibility for center and floor management in the General Manager's absence.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong team player with exceptional people development skills.
  • Customer service pro with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of POS register systems.
Work Environment:

Our entertainment centers are fast-paced environments where you'll be on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real time. You'll work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
