BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Carteret, New Jersey.

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
  • Graduation from a qualified nursing program
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease
