Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our members have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.
  • Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and processing member purchases.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
Requirements
  • Customer Service experience, including operating cash registers and working with mobile retail applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
