Pet Evolution Cypress is seeking a talented Pet Groomer to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of breeds and temperaments, and provide exceptional care and services to our furry clients.

**About the Role:**

This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for animals and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized grooming services to meet those needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Greet and prepare dogs for grooming sessions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to determine the best grooming approach
  • Educate clients on different packages and benefits
  • Promote add-on services and retail products
  • Bathe, clip, and style dogs to conform to various breed-specific standards
  • Detangle and remove matted hair
  • Dry coats and check for parasites and skin conditions
  • Trim nails, clean ears, and brush teeth

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 1 year of grooming experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
