ServiceNow Product Manager Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Product Manager at ThemeSoft, you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and maintaining user stories, as well as developing and prioritizing functional requirements for new or revised features and enhancements. This role requires a strong understanding of both the engineering and business sides of ServiceNow, with a focus on representing the end-user's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate preview features and roll them out to users worldwide
  • Work with Product Leads to make key decisions on priorities and design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Understand and represent the end-user's needs
  • Work with Project Managers to deliver agile-based product releases
  • Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Represent the development team in building proofs-of-concept for potential new solutions and technologies
  • Be accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of Security Operations and Asset Management projects
