We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our team at River Oaks Skilled Nursing & Therapy. As a Licensed Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and cohesive environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide bedside care and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collect samples and monitor wound care, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
- Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions, notifying appropriate parties as needed.
- Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess the condition of residents.
- Keep residents' family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health.
- Modify residents' care plan, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and Nurse Aide flow sheets in conjunction with residents' changes in condition.
- Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License or Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- One (1) or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
