Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Services Manager to join our team at Campus Services Group, part of Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As an Environmental Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our environmental services team, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of environmental services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years' experience in environmental services or a related field preferred.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of success in managing teams and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
