Responsibilities- Assist with daily functions of the Dietary Department, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all resident meals.
- Prepare and portion food items to meet the dietary needs of our residents.
- Set up meal trays and deliver meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with receiving and stocking food deliveries, ensuring that all items are properly stored and accounted for.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and their care, upholding their rights and privacy at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring the smooth operation of the dietary department.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous dietary experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues alike.
