IntelyCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute care facilities, providing high-quality care to residents while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in post-acute care facilities, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team
- Observe resident conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces
- Communicate with family members and other visitors, addressing their concerns and providing daily companionship and comfort to residents
- Move residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs, repositioning them as needed
Requirements:
- Current Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
- Effective organizational skills and communication skills
- Appropriate bedside manner
