Excavation Foreman

Magers Excavation is a family-owned and operated business serving Ennis, TX, and its surrounding areas since 2015. We specialize in land clearing, site preparation, and dirt-moving services.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excavation Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of excavation projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Lead and manage a team of operators to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Monitor and control project costs, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Proven experience as an Excavation Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of excavation techniques, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• CDL or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
