Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Craftsman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and processing concrete and reinforced concrete components, as well as assembling and producing formwork made of wood, steel, and plastic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and process concrete and reinforced concrete components to meet project specifications
• Assemble and produce formwork made of wood, steel, and plastic, as well as bend and tie steel reinforcements
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of construction materials and techniques
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements

• Completed primary or secondary school education
• Manual and technical skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
• Strong sense of responsibility and awareness of potential hazards on the construction site
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced construction environment
