We are seeking an experienced Valet Manager to provide operational excellence managing several hospitality and retail service locations in downtown Dallas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely while maintaining proper supervision of all valets on duty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and manage a team of valet drivers to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient vehicle handling.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
  • Process payroll and tips for valet drivers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Investigate and report any claims or incidents related to valet services.
  • Schedule personnel for all shifts at all locations, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Valet Supervisor or Valet Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to enforce company policies and procedures, while promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
