We are seeking an experienced Exterior Renovation Project Coordinator to join our team in the Western Mass area. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of exterior renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior project managers in overseeing exterior renovation projects.">
• Coordinate logistics and materials for projects.">
• Communicate with field crews and stakeholders to ensure project workflow and quality of work.">
• Review project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.">
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.">

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in construction or a related field.">
• Strong understanding of exterior renovation processes and procedures.">
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.">
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record.">
• OSHA 10.">
• DOT Certification.">

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. The benefits include:

Job Type:
