Key Responsibilities- Implement evidence-based naturalistic therapeutic methods, guided by science-backed approaches
- Collaborate with expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy to develop individualized intervention plans
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care and ensure seamless continuity of services
- Prior experience working with children aged 2-6, preferably in a professional setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Computer and tablet literacy, with ability to adapt to new technologies
- Reliable transportation to training locations and local centers, with punctuality essential
- Physical requirements: sitting, standing, shifting positions frequently; lifting up to 50 lbs.; sitting/kneeling on the floor for extended periods; sitting in a chair, standing, walking, and occasional short-distance running
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.50 - $26.00/hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities
