This Sales Associate Role Is Ideal For You If You Enjoy:

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

  • Welcome and acknowledge customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Familiarize yourself with store layout to assist customers in product selection and address inquiries
  • Efficiently operate a cash register
  • Adhere to all company policies, cash handling protocols, and loss prevention measures
  • Report pricing, inventory, and product issues to management
  • Safeguard company assets, manage stock in stores and backrooms
  • Sort and organize damaged and outdated products, informing management of any stock shortages
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, dusting, and trash removal
  • Handle stock orders, receive shipments, and assist with loading and unloading
  • Ensure ongoing stock replenishment on the sales floor
  • Participate in inventory management and address discrepancies
  • Perform related duties as assigned
