About the Role
We are seeking a Telecommunications Sales Associate to join our vibrant team at our Kenner location. As a leader in telecommunications and marketing, NOLA Management Group empowers you to forge meaningful relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and help our clients stay ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities
- Mastery of cutting-edge service offerings and client technologies to craft personalized recommendations that exceed customer expectations
- Fostering lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service, demonstrating genuine care, and paying close attention to every detail
- Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that drive sales performance while enhancing the customer experience
- Participating in weekly strategy meetings to celebrate wins, analyze performance, and explore marketing trends; working alongside your Telecommunications Sales Associate team to ensure we consistently meet client standards and stay ahead of industry benchmarks
- Committing to achieving-and surpassing-individual and team sales goals through dedication, collaboration, and innovation
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor's Degree in Brand Management, Communications, Marketing or other related field (preferred but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, account management, telecommunications, or other customer-facing positions
- Possession of a passion for technology, marketing, and helping others
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- A positive attitude and desire to succeed
