Motorcycle Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Motorcycle Instructor to join our team at Tri C Company Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the maintenance activities of the Motorcycle Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct the Basic Rider Course and other motorcycle training programs
• Work under the direction of the Coordinator of the Public Safety Institute, Law Enforcement Advanced Training
• Plan, coordinate, and direct the maintenance activities of the Motorcycle Program
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of students

Requirements

• A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) is required
• Five years of relevant work experience in basic motorcycle mechanics/logistics is required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of the organization
• A valid Ohio Drivers License with motorcycle endorsement is required and approval from the State of Ohio Motorcycle Program

• Associate's Degree
