ESS is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional services within educational environments. This role is pivotal in supporting students with speech, language, and communication challenges.

Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various speech and language disorders. Your expertise will help foster academic and social success for students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver targeted therapy to students facing speech and language difficulties.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
- Monitor student progress meticulously and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- (Provisional) State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate starting from $50 to $52.
