Role Summary: We are expanding our associate program and seek a passionate pre-licensed therapist to become a vital part of our clinical team. In this role, you will collaborate with exceptional providers and clinical supervisors to deliver evidence-based mental health care to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to children, parents, and families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor progress.
- Participate in individual and group supervision sessions.
- Utilize the Manatee platform for developing and tracking treatment plans.
- Assist in translating the latest clinical practices into engaging therapeutic content.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance our programs and services.
- Provide constructive feedback to product and design teams.
- Contribute to the growth of Manatee by leveraging your unique skills and experiences.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with children and families.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy to children and families.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Availability for afternoon or weekend sessions to accommodate families.
- AMFT, ASW, or APCC licensure in California.
