Compensation Package

About the Role
In this Full-Time position as a Care Coordinator Professional - Home Healthcare Specialist, you will play a vital role in assessing the safety of clients' home environments and providing personalized recommendations to ensure their well-being. Your expertise will enable you to navigate electronic medical records systems and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Experience in home healthcare, although not mandatory, is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage competing tasks effectively
