Surgical Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the operating room, equipment, and instrumentation for each procedure.
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Clean and process equipment post-procedure, maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Collaborate with the RN and surgical team to meet the needs of each patient.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
  • National Surgical Technician Certification required.
  • Current American Heart Association/American Red Cross BLS certification required.
