Escrow Officer

At Old Republic Title, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Escrow Officer to join our team. As an Escrow Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions.

• Prepare and coordinate escrow instructions, documents, and fund disbursements.
• Review and clear title requirements, collaborating with underwriters to resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed settlement statements in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Act as a trusted liaison between clients and our title and underwriting departments.
• Collaborate closely with management, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, retain clients, and secure new business opportunities.

• 2 or more years of escrow experience.
• In-depth knowledge of title insurance and escrow processes.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and a keen attention to detail.
