Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Recruiting and Student Engagement is a key member of the Brooks College of Health Professions team, responsible for developing and executing marketing and enrollment plans to attract prospective students to our health profession programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase enrollment in health profession programs
  • Collaborate with program directors to create and execute marketing plans, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials
  • Participate in recruitment events, such as health science visit days, facility tours, and recruitment fairs
  • Work closely with admissions and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive recruitment strategy
  • Manage media accounts, digital marketing efforts, and web content for Fort Wayne programs
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports to track recruitment progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 3-5 years of experience in higher education, preferably in recruitment or student services
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an inclusive and consultative way with faculty, staff, peers, and students
  • Good judgment to handle sensitive and confidential matters
