Lead Caregiver Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team at Family Resource Home Care. As a Lead Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily lives, providing exceptional care and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, household chores, and transportation.
  • Lead and mentor junior caregivers, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to excel in their roles.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Active state NAC/CNA or HCA license.
  • One year of experience in home care, AFH, hospital, or nursing home setting.
  • Ability to pass a state and national background check.
  • Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
  • CPR certification.
