About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our Med Surg team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our nursing staff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient care and perform established tasks and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Perform vital signs, CPR, and other medical procedures as needed.
- Assist with patient transports and transfers, and provide support with cleaning and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
- Answer telephones, file documents, and assist with electronic data entry and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification by the ND Department of Health.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
