Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Seafood Lead to join our team. As a Meat Seafood Lead, you will be responsible for leading the meat and seafood department, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and that customer service is exceptional.

• Lead the meat and seafood department, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and that customer service is exceptional.
• Supervise and train meat and seafood associates to ensure that they are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and rotated properly.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the store are running smoothly.

• 2+ years of experience in a meat and seafood department, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of meat and seafood products, including preparation and cooking methods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
