About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our part-time team at Center for Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our doctors to deliver the highest quality dental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and compassionate patient care, including dental cleanings, exams, and education
  • Collaborate with our doctors to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Nevada
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Any years of clinical experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
