Key Responsibilities:- Perform venipunctures and plasma collection with precision and care
- Operate automated plasmapheresis machines with ease and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with SOP, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines to ensure quality and safety
- Train and lead new/existing employees to achieve excellence
- Report quality issues and procedural deviations to Quality Assurance and Management
- Educate new donors on the use of products made from donated plasma
- Monitor and assist center physicians with donor reactions
- Maintain proper ratios to ensure donor safety and quality of product
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Phlebotomy certificate or license required by the state of employment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to understand and follow protocol
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a medical or healthcare environment
- Specialized medical or phlebotomy training
- CPR certification
- Team lead/Supervisor experience
