Nurse Specialist in Renal Care

In this rewarding role, you will provide patient-centered care to individuals dealing with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.
Your responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships with patients, conducting patient observations, and working collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver exceptional care.

Key Highlights:- No prior dialysis experience is necessary.
- Training may take place at a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
- You will be required to float to various clinics during and after training.
To succeed in this position, you must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You Can Expect:- To build long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- To work as part of a positive and supportive team environment.
- To deliver care to patients with complex needs, requiring unique treatment plans and leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- To oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs, conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.

- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may be beneficial but is not required.
- Certification in Nephrology or Dialysis may also be advantageous.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
