Job Description

As a Front Desk Clerk at Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc., your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests and residents. This includes acting as the property liaison, responding to inquiries in person and over the phone, processing payments and deposits, running reports, and submitting maintenance request forms.

You will also work closely with your Property Manager to address any issues or concerns, prioritize customer satisfaction, and resolve problems promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
