Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to children in a school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Submit timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, billing, and evaluations
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant paperwork and eligibility requirements for working in pediatric systems, including insurance, Early Intervention, and IEPs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Illinois state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

  • In-person work setting
  • School-based work

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time schedule, approximately 3 days per week
  • Day shift, no weekends
