• Stay up-to-date on our menu offerings and be able to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system to ensure seamless service.
• Deliver exceptional service by being proactive, responsive, and courteous to our guests.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
• Be proactive in maintaining a clean and organized service area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied.
• Prepare final bills accurately and efficiently, ensuring that every guest receives a seamless payment experience.

• Previous experience in a comparable restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
