About the RoleAs a detail-oriented Financial Assistant Coordinator at Sun Tan City - Mason Group in Knoxville, TN, you will support our administrative and accounting functions in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks, managing office administrative tasks, and communicating with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently
  2. Manage daily office operations, including receiving and sending mail, scanning, data entry, and organization
  3. Assist with inventory transfers, bank reconciliations, and month-end close for multiple entities

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and accounting roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, advanced Excel knowledge, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
