About the Practice: Physician Empire is a 30-year-old private practice group providing high-quality outpatient care to patients of all ages and diagnoses in over 45 locations throughout California and expanding with 15 new locations in Texas.
Practice Details: Offices will be remote until fully operational, with flexible scheduling options available.
Work Environment: Physician Empire seeks to create a work setting that provides clinical autonomy, financial security, and freedom from administrative responsibilities.
Practice Focus: The group focuses on medication management with options to practice psychotherapy. TMS is a plus, and TMS training is available.
Work Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with full-time positions requiring 30+ hours per week and part-time positions requiring 20-30 hours per week.
Session Structure: Initial 1-hour appointments, two 1-hour appointments for children, and follow-ups at 30 minutes.
EMR System: NextGen
Benefits: MGMA base salary plus productivity bonus, 6 weeks PTO plus 10 paid holidays, full medical benefits, 401k with 3% employer contribution, malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, CME opportunities, and flexible schedules.
