Position Overview

Pyramid Healthcare Inc. is seeking dedicated professionals to join our Clinical Team, focusing on delivering both individual and group therapy in a collaborative environment. Our organization provides comprehensive treatment options, including inpatient and outpatient services, tailored for individuals facing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring conditions.

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to adults in treatment by assessing their behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment strategies that cater to the unique requirements of each client.
  • Oversee all clinical services for clients, including individual and family therapy sessions, therapeutic group activities, and coordination with external providers.
  • Ensure comprehensive aftercare planning and provide community resources and referrals.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess Maryland ADT Status.
  • Required Clinical Licensure: LCADC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, LGADC, CAC-AD, or CSC-AD.
