We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including assessing their condition, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve their physical function and mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans to improve their physical function and mobility.
- Implement physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments, to improve patients' physical function and mobility.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current CO Physical Therapist License or License eligibility letter prior to first day of employment.
- American Heart Association approved BLS certification required prior to first day of employment.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required prior to first day of employment.
- Member APTA.
- 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Strong orthopedic experience preferred.
This position will work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment and will be required to work 75% of the time. The work location is on-site at the Kaiser Permanente designated office, medical office building, or hospital.
