Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Swimming Coach to join our team at the Santa Ana Unified School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching swimming teams and ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach swimming teams and develop game plans to ensure student success
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve student performance
  • Conduct background checks and ensure all necessary clearance documents are completed
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of swimming and coaching techniques
  • Ability to pass all required district background checks
  • Completion of all necessary clearance documents, including CPR/First Aid and Concussion Training

Conditions of Employment:

  • Employment is subject to review at the conclusion of each season and renewed on an annual basis
  • Employees are subject to the terms and conditions set by the Santa Ana Unified School District
