Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Partner to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, including hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and physical comfort measures.
  • Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures, promoting a positive patient experience.
  • Participate in hourly patient rounding, answering telephone and call lights promptly and professionally.
  • Assist RN and other members of the healthcare team with care delivery as assigned.
  • Monitor data entry for key patient safety information and participate in charge reconciliation.
  • Support initiatives of the healthcare team and participate in unit performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a State-approved program for Certified Nursing Assistants or Patient Care Tech Program.
  • Clear verbal and written communication, specifically ability to document.
