About the Role

The Principal Civil Design Engineer will be responsible for preparing grading and public improvement plans from conceptual design to final documents to support residential, multi-family, and corporate campus development.

You will also prepare and process technical studies and site plans to obtain entitlements for land development projects, as well as prepare Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for public infrastructure improvement plans.
