    • The hospitalist team includes 6 hospitalists, 2 nocturnists, and 4 per diem providers, alongside midlevel practitioners.
    • We are looking for professionals who will enhance our culture of collaboration, compassion, and professionalism while advocating for patients and addressing the hospital's needs.
    • Candidates seeking full-time positions can anticipate a 7 on 7 off work schedule. A dedicated employee is assigned to rounding for 8 hours from Monday to Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
    • Each physician typically manages a patient census of 10-14. Approximately 60% of patients are attended to by the hospitalist, while 40% are managed by private physicians.
    • We are not considering new graduates; a minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required.
