Job Summary:

Congruex LLC is seeking a skilled Groundman to join our team. As a Groundman, you will assist our Lineman in loading, unloading, and preparing tools and supplies for installation. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement and increased pay through on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Lineman in loading and unloading supplies and materials
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as cleaning trucks, digging ditches, and cutting brush
  • Assist with traffic control and safe operations
  • Handle physically demanding construction duties
  • Drive a company-provided vehicle to and from job sites
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class A Driver's License
