Key Responsibilities

* Lead structural design efforts for new construction and renovation projects

* Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, including IBC Codes

Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in building-related investigation and structural design
* Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber construction
* PE license highly preferred
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience with standard engineering software and mainstream structural analysis and design programs

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Warren County, New Jersey. The role is 70% office-based and 30% field-based. We offer a flexible work schedule, with typical hours from 8-5, and are open to different times as long as you put in the 8 hours. Our corporate office building is easily accessible by major highways, and we encourage a healthy work-life balance.
