Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, emptying trash and recycling, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and replacing air filters.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture, setting up tables and chairs, and cleaning up after events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, guests, and visitors, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in janitorial or maintenance work; experience working in a fast-paced environment a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk on uneven terrain.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, employees, and visitors.
