Job Overview

PADERIA PRIVÉ is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our baking team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pastries and desserts using traditional techniques and carefully sourced ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of standard and custom baked goods, including cookies, brioches, cheesecakes, and puddings.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and sheeters.
  • Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to food safety code standards.
  • Assist with FOH operations as needed, providing upscale quality service and packaging finished products with care.
  • Monitor, receive, and stock inventory as it arrives.
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the worksite.

Requirements:

  • Proven general baking experience and passion.
  • Ability to taste and evaluate products, as needed.
  • Certified knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety.
  • Exceptional communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery, tools, and equipment properly and safely.
