Job Summary:
The Sales Porter is a key member of our sales team, responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Logistics: Assist with the preparation and presentation of vehicles for sale, including cleaning, fueling, and maintaining inventory.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that vehicles are properly stocked and prepared for sale.
- Transportation: Transport vehicles to and from clients, as well as to off-site locations for additional work.
- Physical Inventory: Participate in monthly physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also required.
